What is your turn around time?
Every book, cover, logo, review or editing is different. It is tailored to the authors specific needs.
Typically:
– Cover: 2 weeks, Sleeves: 3 weeks
– Logo: 2 weeks
– Editing: Varies, Reviews: Varies
Is there a wait list?
If you filled out the form and have not heard anything within 2 days, please email us to find out an expected timeline. gt.publishingbooks@gmail.com
What can I expect from the process and is there a refund policy?
Each process is unique, and all necessary information is included on the relevant form. Upon receipt of the sign-up form, our team will send you a communication email to introduce ourselves and clarify any missing details about your project. Once we have agreed on a timeline, an invoice will be issued. Work will commence upon payment of the nonrefundable deposit. We will update you on progress via follow-up emails, and once the final product is ready, we will request payment of the remaining invoice balance before releasing it to you. Please note that G&T Publishing does not offer refunds due to the extensive communication and time involved in creating custom work.
